SAP Support Services
We provide remote and on-site services according to the criteria we have jointly determined with the customer in terms of project planning and consultancy support for existing, new and additional requests in SAP systems, according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We can provide support services with quality controls in consultancy and ABAP topics in existing SAP systems with a very fast, quality and flexible structure in terms of technology, as well as mobile platform applications (Fiori, Syclo, Work Manager) in SAP Module Consultancy.
We consider support requests in three categories.
- Support Services: This covers the work that TeamPro will do to resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
- Planned Work: These are development works that remain under a certain person-day of work.
